This may be the first time in my life that I actually notice and appreciate the '9 am daylight' at 22 pm...I just may have to take a walk in the neighborhood later tonight.
Tonight my brother in law served up at least three kinds of lobster (and white wine) so I think that counts as my seafood portion of the year! I don't think I'll have to eat again until Sunday. My seafood loving Portuguese flatmates would be proud!
I watched Two Days in Paris (again) this evening, I was laughing out loud even though I've seen it a couple of times before and this time around I kept thinking that my sister would really find this funny...and this...and this...oh and that! So I've decided to buy it for her next time I pass an HMV (partly to make amends for leaving all my DVD cases empty when I left for London, she didn't know and borrowed a couple, that was a disappointing evening!)
It also reminded me of P, the resemblance is kind of uncanny! Didn't realise it until now.
I've been watching the 2nd series of The Tudors lately and my little Icelandic heart got rather excited when Jane Seymour was introduced, "Wait! Isn't that...? Yes it is!" IMBD confirmed that yes, that Jane Seymour was being portrayed by Anita Briem, a young up and coming Icelandic actress.
I'm oh so happy today, the Icelandic (male) handball team beat the Swedes convincingly and in the process qualified for the Olympics in China! I watched the match online and was probably driving my flatmates crazy with my incessant clapping, jumping, shrieking and woohoo-ing. What can I say? I'm passionate about handball.
