I'm on a never-ending avocado bender it seems...
Salad:
mixed baby leaves
1/2 avocado (diced)
1 red onion
Dressing (all chopped and hacked together):
handful of fresh basil
1 spring onion
1/2 avocado
1-2 garlic cloves
olive oil
salt'n'pepper
Of course I made way too much (as usual when I make anything other than a mess in the kitchen) but the house red is quite nice with my big bowl of salad none the less.
